TKF Committee Members

At the knowledge age of  21st century, backed up by IT revolution, western countries are cultivating knowledge-based organization at light speed.
They also incorporate the Japanese traditional small group off-line activities, used to be invisible value driver of Japanese enterprises, in their knowledge community building using IT network. In this circumstance, it is obvious that Japanese traditional style of knowledge management, based on craft-works, is not sufficient for Japanese enterprises to survival the severe megacompetition in the mid and long term.
Ancient history says that Buddhism brought to Japan enriched our culture. With this in mind, I envisage that we Japanese will learn a lot from guest speakers abroad and enrich again our business scoiety.
